Anyone else sacralized in there lower back ?

The above picture is from a 3d render of the CT i got for my L-spine.
I recently had surgery for a disc herniation at l4-l5. They said my l5 is partially sacralized, and this had something to do with my herniation.

Does anyone else have this issue?
