It happened over 2 months ago when I was performing deadlifts. The pain mainly occured a few hours after and then from then til now. It hurts whenever I attempt to pick something up however light it may be. When I rotate my hips in a circle to the right the pain occurs around the left hip area. the pain mainly occured below the hip and then scar tissue fromed and went away.The pain then moved to right along the top of the hip and then as it curves into the base of the spine.I joined the gym again once I could bring my knees to my chest and when I could rotate my hips without pain. Howveer aftre doing light squats in my 2nd session it feels like its twinging again. It hurts when I rotate my hips, but on a scale of 1-10(10 being what it was like when I 1st done it about a 4/5). Thanks for any help/advice. Its been 2 and a half months and I just want it to go away so I can get back in the gym properly again!
