Please read and hope u can give me some advice/experience:
O:K I am tired of having an uncomfortable lower back. I dont know what's wrong with me, i have slept on my stomach all my life in various positions to get comforatable, leg/knee 1 arm stretched out lying in almost side position but not. Up untill about a half a year ago or a month or two more, i started having lower back. So i decided to try and change my sleep positions from stomach to back and or side, and guess what, I got some relief for a day or two i think (it was a long time ago, in fact I can't recall if I actually did change my sleeping position because of back pain or not, but I think that was the case) and then my tailbone/pelvic area startedf to be really uncomforatable to the point where it was bothering me alday, especially when i sat for a little while. My tailbone really hurts when i sleep on my back throughout the dayafter and also when i wake up. When i sleep on my side my tailbone hurts throughout the day almost just as bad but i don't notice it as much in the morning. So I bought new pillows a new firm mattress from sealy/sleepcountry $800, essentia pillows all for not, infact when i sleep on the $200 essentia pillow on my side i wake up with my ear KILLING me because of the compression of the foam. So long story short I have gone back and forth between position (except back position won't do that) experiencing different kinds of comfortableness. When i sleep on my stomach my lower back feels weak someday and my spine cracks/ it does make it uncomfortable to sit but not in the same way as when i sleep on my side. It can be hard to lift thinngs and do certain things when my lower back hurts and feels like this. When i sleep on my side, my tailbone has some sort of really uncomforatable pressure on it throughout the day, not so much when standing, but when i sit and once again lift things, I feal the pain/weakness there. So what do u think?
