eye twitching

Does anyone else with cervical disc herniations experience this? I get them every so often only on the left eye and it'll last for 3-4 days. Today is one of those days and I happen to mention it to my physical therapist. She said anything odd facially is not a good thing when a person has herniated discs. She's got the impression that the herniation/s may be very well bigger than what the MRI is showing. Worried Now I don't know what to think at all.

I don't know about the eye

I don't know about the eye twitching but I do know that my MRI's all showed slight herniations and they were alot worse than the MRI's showed.

I called the docs office to inquire about it yesterday because basically, my physical therapist scared the crap out of me with her reaction, and was also told that herniated discs do not cause it. Two of my herniations are the same as yours but I've been told they are minor and nothing to worry about. :|

I've had eye twitching from

I've had eye twitching from time to time, and I've always thought it was caused by stress.

yes

I do have eyeylid twitching. I've read cervical disk herniations can and cannot cause this - so it's a guess at this point. That was one of my main complaints along with burning feet when all of my "journey" started along with a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia - which I do not have either. I asked for a 2nd opinion on it and another neurologist took the FM diagnosis away. He said I had "mechanical issues in my spine causing my symptoms". There are A LOT of neurological things that can happen for many reasons, some/most unexplained unfortunately Sad We'll never get a straight answer from anyone.
GOOD LUCK

Really weird about the eye twitching. I heard it was lack of sleep to stress. You know since I had my surgery my eye has not twitched which is really weird. It must be because of my neck. I can tell you I have lots of stress and not too much sleep since this started so now would be the time it would twitch. This is very interesting Confused

Lack of sleep

I get twitching from time to time. When It happens ITS SO ANNOYING!!! I asked my doctor about it, and was told it was "fatigue"

Not sure if this is what your facing... but I know we all here have trouble sleeping...

better

It has calmed down. The only time it did it today was as soon as I stood up after waking this morning. Monday when it was really bad I noticed certain positions triggered the he!! out of it. I was underneath the desk on all fours tinkering with computer wires and OMG-it would go absolutely nuts. Just bizarre!
