SI Joint damage from a fall

It's been a year now and the Drs have given up on me. I can't sit down and I cannot walk without the use of crutches. Even with crutches the pain is excruciating. Went to an Orthopedic dr first. He said it had to be my back that is causing the trouble, so he sent me to a back specialist. The back specialist checked MRI and said my back is fine. No problems and he said it had to be my pelvic area and based on my symptoms it had to be my SI Joint. So back to the ortho I went. He shook his head and was sending me to another dr because he did not believe it was a pelvic issue.

Worker's comp intervened because they didn't like the fact the drs were sending me back and forth. WC sent me to a PRM and he couldn't believe it had been over 8 months with no diagnosis. He sent me to get SI Joint injection. It helped about 50%, but that did not last long at all. He sent me for the second one and then the third one. The pain was just increasing and not getting any better. He felt because it was too long to diagnose and get help that the pain is now permanent and he decided to send me to have an FCE done.

Here I am, can't sit down, can't walk without crutches and he sends me for a physical test. When I walked into **Edited to remove the name of facility** the therapist was shocked that I was on crutches. She asked if the dr knew that I was on crutches and I said yes. She asked if I understood what the test was all about and I said yes. She shook her head and started testing me. Of course with my injury I couldn't even do the tests. She was upset and called the dr saying I should not be there because I was not a candidate for the test. He said they needed numbers so they needed to do something. She tried and I was in tears trying to move around the room. They had to lay me down for about thirty minutes because I was in so much pain I was crying. After about 20 minutes of struggling she said she was done with me because I couldn't do the rest of the test.Another lady waited until I was calm and she came over to me and tried to do measurements. I struggled with that as well. When she finished they said they couldn't believe I had to go through that because they knew how much I was hurting.

We received the report today and the FCE found me able to work "limited work Capacity" even though I didn't complete 3/4 of the test. They even put in there that I was 5 out of 5 for Waddell test. I don't have back pain for the Waddell test to apply and I Don't remember them even doing a waddell test. They even said they think I was self limiting. My LTD person was confused just as I was. She said they looked over the test and nowhere did they see that I was able to work or "Self limiting". She said they even talked about low back pain and leg pain. I've never complained about low back or leg pain. It's always been SI Joint. I can point to the same area every time.

It's almost 1 year to the day I fell and the pain is terrible. 9 months on crutches. My WC attorney is sending me to see another dr to get them to look at my SI Joint. Right now I am just confused and frustrated. Depression is starting to overwhelm me. I'm not sure what else to do. What I find funny is that not one of the 3 drs that I was sent to touched me at all to do any tests to see if it was my SI Joint. Not one test even though there are 5 to prove SI Joint problems.
