In my case, I'll have unbearable pain for 24/7 sometimes weeks at a time. The pain will suddenly disappear without any change of routine or intervention in any way. Other times I will be pain free 19 hours of the day and it will suddenly come on without any cause. Other times I've been completely pain free for up to two weeks and it feels like heaven to me, only for it to suddenly return.
Things that have no apparent effect.
-Stretching or yoga really does nothing for me.
-Tai Chi seems to help dissipate the stress I feel directly related to the pain but does nothing for the pain itself.
-Anti-inflammatories do nothing for me
-Jogging and regular exercise seems to do nothing to either exacerbate or diminish the pain.
I can't understand why it comes and goes.
