MRI - white spot on vertebrae

Hello, everyone :]

I recently had a thoracic MRI and on top of (I believe) three disc protrusions, I'm noticing this strange white spot on one of my vertebrae. Now, I have a hemangioma in L5, but this "spot" doesn't have that same honeycomb appearance. I'm a bit puzzled. I'll be seeing my pain management doctor at the end of next week, but this is weighing on my mind and worrying me a little.

Any ideas as to what it could be?
