I got up a minute ago to get a drink and realized for the first time in forever I had no pain, sciatica, nothing. It didn't last long just 5 minutes but it was the best 5 minutes ive had since before I hurt myself.
This only makes it harder to keep going broken down. Stay tough friends!
It sounds like your old life is gone. If it is, let go of it. The new one that you start, could be a good one. The sooner you start, the better it could be.
Good luck,Jim
You get what you get, It has nothing to do with what you deserve!........I stole that from Susan

I am not sure if your old life is gone and if it will come back but more important...

Justin...a glimpse that you will continue to have good moments is what that 5-mins was about. Back inury or not, everyone is changing as they age.
Even without my back injury...16 not the same as 20 or 30, or even 35....then 40. If I didn't injure my back, my life was still not going to be the same as it once was.
The beauty of life has you reflecting on the past and gives you the freedom to adjust to make the present and the future based on it.
Use it to your benefit and stay tough!
