Accurascope

I'm looking at all possibilities to find relief for my pain. I had a microdiscectomy L5-S1 in July '07 only to have it reherniate 3 weeks later. Now I have two additional herniations. I am in pain 24/7 in my back and down my left leg. I have tried PT, aquatic therapy, epidural shots, medication, rest...just about everything. In my research, I found some clinics for laser surgery. North American Spine is in Dayton and Dallas. Of course they say their procedure is wonderful, as do the testimonials. But I was wondering if anyone here (AKA not paid by the clinic to say the procedure cured them!) has had this, or a similar laser procedure done? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
