2nd injectios lumbar 2days to go really scared

im reading so much about 2nd, 3rd injections and bad reactions. getting so nervous.im having 2nd on thur 8/13 i do know everyone is different in all pain areas. just need little help on positive side of shots. had 1st transf almost 3 wks ago muscle feel so tight.pm doc also trying me on different meds.
do to fusion of L4,L5 in 06 they knock me out so not worried of pain during just after....anyones thoughts please
