New sympton

I've had a total of 3 laminectomies, the most recent being L4-5 to the left of my spine. 2 years ago I had the other 2 laminectomies to the right of my spine (L4-5 and L5-S1).

I went to see my surgeon a few weeks ago for a follow-up from the latest laminectomy. All seems well from that point of view, however, I have been experiencing numbness and some pain in my right leg, along with instability. He has checked my mri scan and says that there are signs that the stenosis is returning to the right side again.

I'm used to the numbness and pain from stenosis but the instability/shaking in my leg is new. Has anyone else experienced this?

Needless to say, I'm pretty upset that the stenosis has returned so quickly and am worried about what the next step will be. I go back to see him again in December.
