Has anyone tried using the Elaine Petrone miracle ball method?
Severe tricompartmental stenosis related to arthritis and Grade 1 spondylolisthesis of L3/L4, L4/L5. Laminectomy and fusions with instrumentation followed by hip bursitis and probable SIJD.
Sorry, but I have never heard of it.
But something that calls itself a miracle I have my doubts about.
You know the old saying,If it sounds to good to be true........
Cheers

I am not a Doctor but I do watch House and Doc Martin on TV.
Never give up HOPE..June 18,2010 I had a pain pump implant....I now free of pain.
My thoughts and opinions are just that, my thoughts and my opinions, based on my experiances.
I have them but did not stick with them as they did not seem to help me much. I get more relief from yoga than the balls and also do self trigger point release. Every single morning I do half an hour of range of motion and stretching exercises given to me by various physical therapists over the years and they really help me with morning pain and stiffness. In addition to the back problems I also have fibro and chronic myofascial pain and the morning exercise ritual helps immensely.

I tried these little balls; I have put them behind my back and tried to relax. But did this for a day only. I prefer stretching, yoga and somatic exercises.
