essential oils

Anyone here try Essential oils?
I use the oils & love them. Always looking for others that may have one to recommend. I ordered a new one can't wait to try it.
Ive yet to give some away without the person coming back for more so that tells me something.
I know by now they have to be high quality.
Anyone else?

I tried some

I think I can not post in here the brand of the ones they use with me. But at least for one day my physical therapist try them on me and I felt a lot of relief and relaxation. I think she use lavender and well I forgot the others. It was great because before my surgery I try a lot of stuff that worked but I don't feel like trying acupuncture now, and meditation its being difficult, the relaxing music makes me think of the surgery... and so well the oils was something new. I don't know how long it will work for me but yes it worked.

I have tried a few.

I have tried a few. Arnica oil with some other stuff in it. There is many oils even olive oil is good for massage oil, Most of us with chronic conditions have to use combination of massage oils and meds. Tens unit. Whatever helps break the pain up, I have found some of the oils work for the muscle stiffness mostly,

When my muscles stiffen up from the pain. The only way i can get releif is with massage oils with deep massage because i cant even come close to geting the same releif with muscle relaxers, After the deep massage then i use the muscle relaxer to try to keep me from geting stiff again,

No need to mention any brands. Everyone knows how to google what oils are for pain and there are many places that have all kinds of oils. As i said even olive oil helps stiffness also coconut oil which any store has,

I use Magnesium oil

It has literally changed my life and works wonders for stiffness in my cervical area. Many days I have very low or no pain whereas a year ago I had pain 24/7 and only slept 2-3 hours a day. Mag oil is also easy on the budget.

Brands

I have tried several & still do.
One is superior though. My BF & I love the oils & will pick the brains of others that use the oils in therapy.
One comes out on top. I wish we could mention brands as the one company produces blends targeting pain.
Not promoting but sharing as if one thing may help someone else its worth it.
Yes google & do your research.
Anyway I can help & remain within the rules I'll be happy to do so.

Tea tree

I suffer a lot with severe arthritic knee pain, and at the start of a flare up I massage Tea tree oil into whichever knee and it works great for me, I also use it for pain in my lower back, I only buy oils from the drug store. I was given some Frankincense oil and found it even better still.

Over the years I have used many different essential oils

I mainly stay with those that are suppose to create a more peaceful environment.
That combined with some relaxation music has helped me though a number of tough nights.
