Numbness in the butt

Anyone have numbness in their butt and down the leg after having a fusion. I have L3-S1 fussed and no pain but just started having this numbness going on and it kinda scares me. Its better than having the pain I use to deal with but just wondering if it normal or if anyone else has had this happen to them.

No experience butt

No experience butt (pardon the pun, I couldn't help myself this evening) I do know numbness is something worth calling your doctor over, especially if it's 'new'.

I have numbness but I ruptured a disc so I know that my numbness is 'ok' as long as I don't notice new symptoms like more numbness or trouble with bowels/bladdar.

It could be some inflammation or nerve irritation but I'd call your doctor just to get some advice.
