Twitching-in toes-muscle spasm in back and leg weakness. Help. I need to stay off google too!!

I will be calling my doctor tomorrow.-- I've been trying to do some stretches recently which is where I discovered my back clicks... Ok.. I'm over that. Now after that for the last few days my toes have been twitching like crazy! Not just at rest either. My back has been spasming like crazy too.. As well as my legs. Now reasons why I need to stay off google: you can diagnose yourself with something terrible like spine cord injury or etc. Anyways, why would I all of the sudden have terrible muscle spasms and twitching in my toes? Would this have something to do with my lumbar? Should I not even Boyer calling the doctor. It's been like 3-4 days of non stop twitching and spasms. Did I screw something up while I was stretching. Also when I was shaving my legs in the shower and was bending over my left leg went quit weak.
Any advice or experiences with this is greatly appreciate. Thanks!!

It's hard to say, to me it

It's hard to say, to me it sounds like you might have pulled something in your back, for me I have NF and I have a lot of pain in the toes and fingertips when I went to the 2nd Dr with the charts and mri's he told me about my spine problems, best of luck Robert

How long ago was your surgery? Are you free of the post op restrictions and cleared for stretching and bending over yet? Because if you were not, it is not a good thing .
I would strongly encourage you to contact your surgeon and discuss what you did and what the symptoms are.....we can't begin to hazard a guess.

I just wanted to let you know

I just wanted to let you know that the clicking noises are quite normal. There could be 2 major reasons. The first one is that the instrumentation is hitting the bone (sounds worse then it actually is, it is quite normal) and also scar tissue. However I don't know about the twitching. I just wanted to give you one less thing to worry about.
