Recently because of more work most of the time I have spend in office. But I am not comfortable on office chairs and therefore, now a days I am suffering from back pain problem. I think it is better to cure this in early stages. So, suggest me something good like any exercise for my back pain problem.

OMKart12 exercising within your abilities is always good. I have found a work out method called TRX has really helped my back (search it on YouTube). TRX is basically two bands with handles on the ends, so when you do press ups for example, you have to stabilise your entire body, not just do press ups. BUT, you have to listen to you body no matter what you do. TRX will make you uncomrfotable for the first 2-3 weeks because it is so strenuous, but it is worth sticking at it.
