I'm Dan, an A-level student, and I'm currently writing a research project on the use of NSAIDs. If anyone has any experience of them, I'd be very grateful if you'd give me five minutes of your time to fill out this questionnaire:

This exercise is purely and wholly for the purpose of (hopefully) getting an acceptable grade for this project. Any answers you give are strictly anonymous and they can of course be omitted or withdrawn and destroyed at your request at any point. The results of the questionnaire will only be used to compare perceptions of how the drugs are used.
