One Month Checkup

Well, all looks good. Despite feeling like I ripped the stitches and pulled on the leads a couple times, xray showed everything right where it should be. SCS programs working well so far on coverage.

Doctor did say one thing that interested me. After the 2 months of 5lb weight limit, I will likely only be allowed 30 pounds from then on. I haven't heard anyone mention permanent weight restictions before.

Seasons greetings to one and all!

The 30 pound weight limit is a new one on me. I violate that limit all the time, so possibly it is related to your underlying condition and not the SCS?

30 pound limit

That may be. I know my main neurosurgeon was aiming for a 30 lb limit. Maybethis other one who put in the SCS read his notes. Guess that will be a question for next month's appointment.
