First, can anyone think of a reason that I should not use my tens unit 8 hours after injection? The numbing is really wearing off and these are uncomfortable procedures for those of us that have lumbar fusions and the resultant scar tissue to "get through."
Second, any reason that I shouldn't use a lidocaine patch as long as it doesn't cover the actual injection site.
This time around, I have used my inversion table for 5 minutes a go, a couple of times to see if I can get a better coverage of the injection. Plus, I always remain flat on my back after the injection the at least the rest of the day. Has anyone else tried that?
