Post-dural-puncture headache from labor using Epidurals

I gave birth to my son in September 2010. Three Epidurals were administered, the first two epidurals caused post dural puncture headache. I'm still recovering from the incident after one year. The Obstetric Anesthesiologist advise the leakage would resolve within a matter of weeks if I opt for a Blood Patch. I immediately refused a Blood Patch after three epidurals being administered. My husband noticed my speech begin to become a little slurred, my range of motion and thoughts seems delayed. I have CHRONIC pain in the location of where the epidurals were administered along with CHRONIC pain within my head which radiates throughout my face. So severe that it feels like I'm going to pass out. I've never had a issue with back or chronic pain until the epidurals during labor were administered.

I visited other physicans and none ordered MRI or other invasive test to confirm the damage that was done from the epidurals. I'm in the process of going through another route involving my Primary Care.

What do you suggest?
