Qualifications: All Members must have:

• An active medical/chiropractic license that is in good standing and in the state of practice; no prior license restrictions, suspensions, revocations or other disciplinary actions in any state or territory in the U.S. or any province in Canada.
• (MD or DO) Board certification or board eligibility by an ABMS or AOA board. Certain exceptions will be considered.
• A focus in Spine Care – defined as one-third to one-half of the member’s practice.
