MVA Dec of 07. Rear ended by lady doing 50mph while I was at a dead stop! As a result two herniations in Thoracic Spine and two herniations in Cervical Spine. Two Pinched nerves in Cervical. Permanant nerve damage on C5-C6. Thoracic Endoscopic Discectomy 03/09. Degenerative Disk Disease. And, multiple issues from there like a snowball effect.
