Laminectomy L4 & L5 bi-laterial, w/Foramnectomy Mar '02, dx'd w/ Post Op Severe Back Failure Sep '02, Fibromyalgia, OA, RA, MPS, CFIDS, COPD, Diabeties, Multiple Herniated Disc C1-C7, T11 & T12, L1-L5, S1 & S2, did the whole PT and Pain Clinic thing, all the injections, Aqua thearpy , yada yada, none of this helped me. New MRI on 6/22, have already been warned another surgery is needed, just not sure which levels yet.
Currents meds: Percocet 7.5/325, Celebrex 200 mg, Cymbalta,Zanaflex 8 mg. (don't think any of them help much).
