Cervical stenosis and myelopathy (most symptoms permanant), DDD, OA, 15 surgeries to date (including 3 level cervical laminectomy, bilateral knee replacements, A-C joint resection in left shoulder), 13 MRI's, numerous lumbar and cervical ESI's, upcoming scheduled surgeries (resection A-C joint in right shoulder, lipoma removal from back, removal of 8.2 mm synovial cyst located in left facet joint of L4-L5 (may require fusion))
