L5 S1 severe bilateral forminal stenosis, chronic nerve damage L5 S1 innervated muscles. Surgery Jan. 2009. Laminectomy, Foraminotomy and Mesial Facet, L5 S1 left side. Now a compression of L5 on the right side, with severe formidable stenosis. So far, symptom free!
