Microdiscectomy - L5/S1 - Dec,07
AxiaLIF - L5/S1 - Nov,09

Over the past 5 years I have done;
Physical Therapy, Massage, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Inversion, Steroid Dose packs, Epidural Steroid Injections, various medications for pain, nerve pain, muscle pain.

Discograms (2), Myelogram, X-rays, MRIs(5), CAT Scans (2). Stress and movement tests.

None resolved the problem except surgery.
