Dr. David J. Kennedy is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician and professor and chair of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Kennedy received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Florida and completed his residency at the University of Washington. He received training as a sports and spine fellow at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago with Northwestern University.
