What if someone in their early 20's was tackled 2 months post op from posterior cervical fusion

What if someone had a posterior fusion on C5/6 with rods an lateral mass screws and was already confirmed to be well on the way to being fused, and some drunk A-line tackled them when they had their brace off (per DR permission)they hit their head and bent their neck back from hitting the floor and had a loud cracking sound, but no pain after.  Is it unlikely that it broke anything with the hardware? And I apologise for wording this in such a hypothetical fashion

If you had Anterior posterior and fused, that level is probably safe(as long as the hardware is ok). You can do an x ray.

MRI shows C4-C7 severe steonosis. Pain in hand.
