Getting close to surgery day on my back. L-3-4 . I am nervous and would appreciate feed back. Such as what to expect after?  Thank you

    Cervical stenosis, so far avoided surgery
  • Are you getting surgery on just your lower back or are they going through ur  stomach and your back either way you're going to be very sore m lots of pain after and I wish you good luck on your surgery...

  • Hi tcheek58, can i suggest you have a look at the surgery buddies group and find the month for your surgery...you will find lots of support from others af the same stage as you.

    Whilst we wouldnt wish our pains on our worst enemies, it is somewhat comforting to talk with others that know....

    My surgery was 4 months ago, and i definitrly consider it a success.  

    Take care and be patient with your recovery.
