Ross Napier

Following 3-6 months of having a sore neck I went for an MRI and have just been diagnosed with Osteophyte complex without evidence of neurological compression. My doctor doctor didn't explain it very well and basically just told me to take pain relief.  I pressed for a referral to an orthopaedic surgeon as at the age of 36 I don't want to live the rest of my days on pain relief. My doctor metioned arthritis but I'm really not sure what has caused it. I reckon I'll need to do my own research as my doctor couldn't give me any solid answers.
