Neck Subluxation

I recently have been experiencing tingling/falling asleep/pins and needles feelings in both of my arms, which make it extremely hard to sleep and work. I went to a chiropractor and he did an x-ray and found out I had a subluxation in my neck, which is pinching my nerves, causing the numbness and tingling. I have went back a few times and been adjusted, and I am finding little if any relief. Any suggestions?? It is making it extremely difficult to sleep and do my job....

What did your PCP tell you or a spine doctor?  Be aggressive on getting medical professional help for your pain.  Good luck.
