58 yo male - with lower back pain. CAT scan has diagnosed some herniated discs - being referred to specialist. Have used massage, acupuncture, ibuprofen/paracetamol and the occasional daizapam for some years trying to treat the problem. Cause?? bad lifting habits I'd say plus early 20's injury. Seeing what info is available to become more informed. http://www.spine-health.com/sites/all/modules/smileys/packs/Yahoo/wave.gif
