Hi , Im Dave (a long time ago , thought I was " Superman") , a 46 yr old man who is falling apart. Thats not a "Typo" , I have 6 Cervical Herniations C3-T/1 that are wrecking my quality of life . The Lumbar HNP is equally destroying my sleep with pain. Im out on Workers Comp for a fall that intensified my symptoms . Ive never had Surgery, but it was recommended by . I got to scared and did not do it. The pain is unbearable at times but now at least 1, but sometimes both Hands/Arms go intensly Numb " Pins and Needles" feeling every night , sometimes takes 10 minuetes for normal feeling to come back . I've been told by some Dr.s there are too many Disc Herniations in neck to perform surgery. I cry sometimes just cause i have small kids and my situation. Dont know if I risk surgery , or if the Doctors saying No surgery are right....scary...sorry for spelling errors....Thank you
