Scalene muscle problems

Hello. New to the forums but I have been reading for a while. Very good stuff on here!

So I have been having different symptoms for close to a year now. They are all very strange and quite unnerving. The main symptom I have are headaches, face numbness and Neck Pain. I should start by saying that I dislocated my shoulder a couple of months before these symptoms started.

So I dislocated my left shoulder and I was diagnosed with three small tears in my Labrum. A few months later, I started getting these strange 'numb' or tingling sensation on the left side of my face. Sometimes my left ear feels 'full' like there is fluid in it, but every doctor has cleared me of any ear issues. I also get a 'watery' left eye sometimes and my head on the left side is tender. Then my whole scalp feels tender and almost like a burning sensation. I have seen a few different doctors so far, with not many results. I have an MRI of my brain and the radiologist also said this was normal. I also had a Cervical MRI taken and there was only a very slight remark on there as well.

My Scalene muscle is quite tender on this side and from what I can gather looking at diagrams, this could be the issue? I have rib pain on the left side and pectoral pain as well. Almost to the point where I cannot touch my ribs at all.

I guess my main question is, can my Scalene affect me this much? Has anyone dealt with something similar to this? I am having trouble sleeping. I do not know if it is the muscle or the anxiety that is causing the trouble to sleep, but its affecting every thing I do. I have always been of pretty good health, but lately it seems like I am in a whirlwind of issues.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
