Cervical old fracture in neck

I was diagnosed yesterday that I have a old fracture in my neck. I noticed today when I went out for lunch that I started sweeting and then felt like I was going to vomiate and wondering if that is normal with this diagnosis? Also I have numbness causing me to feel like my arms are sticky and can't move them to tingles in my neck so is there anything I can do to relieve the numbness I feel that comes off and on?
