Spinal Decompression Surgery

It's 2 weeks after my surgery.  I can walk about ok but no bending but my back aches where the surgery was performed.  Is this normal ?  I feel quite knacked even after taking a shower.

It's only been 2 weeks!! Of course you are still going to be sore, it takes time to recover.
The most important part of recovery is patience.
Just keep walking like you are doing and every day you will get stronger.
