So for going on about 4 days now, out of no where after just standing up, have had this painin my lower back. Its always worse when i wake up, and theres just no real comfortable position. Wether its my side, on my back, stomach, sitting, or standing, it just hurts when moving from said positions. Im 27, and dont excerise much like i should. Unsure if i should try to toughen it out more, or possibly seek medical attention,as from what I have looked into with my symptoms, chances are will heal on its own. Its just so bad when i wake up im neay in tears. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
