Lump on lowerback

Hello new to the forum,

So one day while rubbing my lower back I found a lump on the right hand side. Doing some research I reasoned it to be a back mouse. But after rubbing it again today I only found it to be bigger, and now it seems to have been irratated.  Swelling in size. Should I get it looked at? There's no pain.
