Mid back left side and upper arm cramps

I am experiencing what is definitely cramps in my mid back more to the left side and causing cramps in my left arm. There is not chest cramps and sometimes it goes up almost to my neck. Not get too personal but I usually regularly have bowel movements sometimes twice a day but recently it has been once and not as much. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or if it but it seems like it does.

  • JMbarnes, there is not enough info given, but regardless, It’s something you need to address with your regular MD so they can run the normal test needed. There are so many things that can cause these symptoms including what’s called referred pain. It might not be your back but a organ sending signals to it. That’s why it’s important to follow up with your pvt MD.
