Arms and Hands

my arms and hands continue to get that, “falling asleep” feeling, no matter what I’m doing during the day, from brushing my teeth, to blow drying my hair, to driving etc. and especially at night to the point I can’t sleep. When the tingling mostly in my fingers go away then my arms and hands hurt so bad, even horrible pain in my elbows. Does anyone else experience this and have any self remedies before I try a doctor?

    hello dixie_ann!
    welcome to spine health

because of my cervical issues, i have the numbness and tingling in my arms and hands also. i also have sciatica which effects my left hip and leg. the one thing i use that helps me is ice and/or heat, alternating the two.
