Hello everyone,I have rad around alot and finally decided to join,had 2 lower back surgeries a year ago L2-L3,L5-S1,permanent nerve damage in right leg with drop foot,now back is burning when I do basically anything,cant stand long or sit long,goes down both legs ,but is really bad in back,nice to meet everyone,thanks
