I’m 18 and I have hernias. Freaking out

Hi. I’m 18.Female. Never have done weight lifting or any though sports. Other then carrying heavy school bags and having bad posture and intimate relationship with my phone,I dont think I do much bad to my health. Recently I started experiencing tingling on my fingers. We didnt think much of it but when I had mr for some other thing we discovered I have all four of the hernias on my neck and also something that makes my spinal tube or whatever smaller then normal. Which is genetic. Both my parents and my grandparents have that conduction as well as the neck hernia. They would always tell me to be careful of my posture because of the high risk I have but I never thought this would get this bad this fast. I’m a senior this year and My school starts at 7.30 am and finishes at 10.30pm. Tho I never had very bad pains. Never had a pill to get rid of the pain just occasinaly(once or twice in a month) tingling sensation. But because of how long I study I think it’ll get worse. And I’m so so worried. Can I get paralized? How do I stop it from getting worse? How do I stop the pain? W
