  • I also have had back pain for years I had an amazing doctor who put me on anti arthritis medication which helped me finally get some much needed sleep after years of waiting I say a Rheumotologist who suggested exercise as a possible relief he was right I got into shape built muscle and finally had relief which unfortunately was short lived tomorrow I go to my 4th doctor a neurosurgeon as a result of an MRI which showed a bulging herniated disc in my l5 s1 pinching my sciatic nerve the best advice I can give is to keep up the fight going to different doctors and explaining your pain and symptoms I have had a long journey full of tears and frustration keep pushing and don't give up
