Severe Pain when i Pull my kness to my chest - Please Help

So basically i have been sitting for over 10 hours a day past 2 years due to my work and this is the first time im experiencing some issues. My spine  would slightly  hurt every time after my work but i would have a good night sleep and it would pass in the working. Couple of days ago ive done around 100 squats (10x10) after i got home from job. I felt pain in my lower back while i was doing it. When i went up (from the squat) i would squeeze my butt for better contraction of the muscle. Yesterday morning when i woke i started to feel sharp pain in my back when i was sitting down or bending. I couldnt manage to sit more than 2 hours and went home to rest. So what i usually do when my spine hurts i pull my knees to the chest and it helps a bit, but this time it was hurting severly, and the pain was unbearable. So now few days later pain is still there and i have a feeling like my hips hurt as well when i do it. I try lifting single leg at a time and the pain is the same. Very sharp pain around obturator and lower back. When i stand or walk i dont feel any pain. Any idea whats going in guys? I really dont wanna go to the doctor just yet. Sry for my English - not a native speaker.

    Have you tried heat and/or ice? A heating pad has always helped me out.
    The only advice I can give you is go see a specialist.
