frozen feet with constant pain as if they were asleep

I am hoping to find some answers regarding my feet feeling frozen all the time and constant pain 24/7, which feels as if my feet have fallen asleep, like prickly. I injured my back almost 18 years ago, now have degenerative disc disease, chronic back pain, nerve damage, had fusion in 2016. Since my fusion, I have had increased pain in both feet. I have seen a neurologist who has done a nerve study to see if something is causing a nerve being pinched off. No luck. I am trying to get referred to another neurologist for a second opinion. This issue constantly wakes me up or doesn’t even let me go to sleep. The only thing that helps a little is wrapping my feet in an electric blanket. Any suggestions? I am desperate!!!!
