    Hi Chassidy666
    Welcome to Spine-Health

I am going to be very blunt here, your doctor said you should attend therapy more often but you don't have time for it? What's more important here?

  • You need to take time and attend the therapy. Maybe your back muscles have some issue, that is why it is giving you pain. Therapy can give you relief. Also have soft cushions for your back while in your car. This will also give you some amount of relief.
