A Nerve in my head aches a lot

On the right portion of my head..I feel a Nerve pains like hell..it's like there's a electric wire in my head...it's very very debilitating, I get this pain twice a week..lasts for 2hrs  or so

    I don't know if you still check your post but if you do research occipital neuralgia I've had this numerous times due to my back issues.
