Oh my!! I am so sorry you are having to go through this. To me, it seems your doctor would want to work something out with you because of the risk. Have you asked him? Is this a pain clinic or it is in hospital setting? If it's hospital, then you could go to financial aid.
Hope to hear from you soon.

  • PM, these risks where never put on the table when implant was done , has this ever come up with any one , did you ever here of a pump being turnd off temp. For one resone or another. I feel as im being pushed into a treatment that i no longer can afford and have no say , i had to walk out of doc. Office, then they send me a threatening email as to the problems that will happin to me if i dont get pump filled , and if i dont i am released from his care and to seek emergency medical care for withdraw symptoms that can be life threatening,,sorry for rambling, no one has true answers , and not sure to believe my own doctor

To me, you can find another PM doctor that deals with pumps, tell him your story and hope he helps you. But find a PM that is associated with and in a hospital. There, you can possibly get financial aid. If you feel like you are going in withdrawals, please go to the ER and explain the situation.

    Please keep in touch.
