its 8.30 am uk time , sunday

the pain at the incision site has reduced dramaticaly, i am confident this isnt solely due to meds, the general back pain has gone down a lot 2, the best bit is that i have 90%
reduction in sciatic symptoms,
i spent the whole of saturday in bed , just getting up and going for a walk round the garden app every hour,
the most difficult things for me have been getting in and out of bed , and reaching for things that are not at my finger tips ,
i have been signed off for 6 weeks , and will be taking the good advice this board and the med staff give,

thanks 2 everyone who replied yesterday

the cybergeek,,, :H

  • My surgery was in mid-May and I am still progressing. It seems slow at times, but if you are patient and don't push beyond what your surgeon recommends, it will serve you well. B)
