Hello, so like the title says, I've had sciatic pain for 4 years now. It started in my senior year of high school. I'm only 21 years old and I am male. I suspect it was from weightlifting but it could've also been from years of sitting on my computer all day.
Anyway, I was diagnosed with chronic sciatica by my doctor but he has no idea what is causing it. So, he sent me to some specialist who thought I had piriformis syndrome and then he sent me to get physical therapy for a few months but I don't really feel relief.
I feel pain in my right leg starting from the middle of my back into the front of the hip and in the knee and down to the foot. I, also, get a sharp pain in my knee when i walk down the stairs in the morning. I have no idea what to do because nobody seems to figure out how to fix me and this constant uncomfortable feeling is driving me insane. I cannot sit comfortably or stand comfortable or bend which is something that I constantly do at work and it really irritates it. I really don't know what to do so This is why I'm here. Also, I've gotten and MRI of my lumbar spine but it apparently looks fine. Please help me.
